When I tell people about my childrens’ food allergies the first thing they ask is what do they eat??   They eat a lot of whole foods, and home made food and virtually no processed foods.  Managing multiple food allergies in the home means knowing exactly what’s in our food and involves finding recipes that look and taste like the real thing.  I will be including my go to recipes here.  All recipes I share will be dairy free, egg free, soy free, peanut free, & tree nut free.
