Pancakes

Dairy free, Egg free, Soy Free, Peanut Free, Tree Nut Free

My youngest daughter requests to eat these pancakes every morning!

Heat frying pan on low to medium heat

Melt 2 tbsp earth balance dairy and soy free butter in pan

Mix dry ingredients

1 cup flour

1/2 tsp Kosher fine sea salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp organic cane sugar

Add melted 2 tbsp of  butter and 1 cup vanilla rice milk to dry ingredients

Mix, it’s ok if batter is lumpy

Fry 1/4 cup of batter at a time, flip and enjoy

Add-ons:

Serve with 100 % pure maple syrup and sliced strawberries

Variation: Add blueberries to batter for yummy blueberry pancakes
